Pages with VoiceOver Cheatsheet

1.  Menu- Create document, Share, Pages, Help, Edit.  

2.  Select Create then the Blank Document option.

3.  Move to the content area of the document.

Basic commands:

Create a new line   Enter/Return (Keyboard) or Chord 1,5 (Braille Display)

Delete   Delete key (Keyboard) or Chord 1,4,5 (Braille Display)

TAB      Tab key  (Keyboard)  or Chord 2,3,4,5 (Braille Display)

Select Text   Shift Left or Right Arrow Keys for characters (Keyboard) or Chord 2,5,6 (Braille Display) 

Select All  Shift + Control and Arrow keys for words (Keyboard) or Chord 2,3,5,6 (Braille display) 

Deselect Escape or Press any arrow key (Keyboard) or Chord 2,3,5 (Braille Display) 

Copy  Command C (Keyboard) or Chord 2,3, 5 (Braille display)

Paste  Command P (Keyboard) or Chord 1,2,3,4 (Bralle display) 

Undo  Command Z (Keyboard) or Chord 1,3,5,6 (Braille display) 

Hide/show the online keyboard  Turn bluetooth keyboard off (Keyboard) or Chord 1,4,6 (Braille display)  


IBooks and VoiceOver Cheatsheet

Once you’ve opened an ebook with iBooks, move your finger around on the screen and VoiceOver will read the content underneath your finger. VoiceOver also supports the following gestures in iBooks:

  • Two-finger tap: stop speaking the current item.
  • Two-finger flick up: read all from the top of the page.
  • Two-finger flick down: read all from the current position.
  • Three-finger swipe left: move to the next page.
  • Three-finger swipe right: move to the previous page.
  • Double-tap and hold while the Page Chooser is selected, then drag left or right: navigate to any page in your eBook using a slider.
